You could describe Palazzo Versace as extravagant, opulent, luxurious and lavish. Maybe some would say it’s over the top. Palazzo Versace was the first hotel in the world designed by a fashion designer Versace.
The design is a fusion of postmodern and baroque style. There’s a huge feature chandelier in the foyer that used to hang in the State Library in Milan. And several other items have been shipped from different parts of the globe. For example, marble flooring from Italy and blue tiles from Brazil.
The most luxurious suite is the Imperial Suite. The suite overlooks the swimming pool, which is a bit of an oasis with cabanas and palms. And like all the other rooms the Versace stamp is everywhere (even on the cushion cases).
